Personal notes on how to not rage (i struggle a lot): -Change your opinion of winning: putting the work means you're improving, doesn't matter if you didn't get better immediately, overtime you will get stronger. Game loss can be a win bc you can still improve -The meaning of rank: describes ur skill if u can maintain it. -matches are random and unpredictable, so don't try to complain or control the randomness of the matches -focus of what you can control and do as a single player -sometimes the game is unwinnable, it happens, so think of 20/60/20 rule 20% you'll win no matter what(outside of your control) 20% you'll lose no matter what 60% are within ur control Don't stress on 20% loss games and be ok with losing, give your best and you'll improve You're better everytime -min/max Minimizing bad things Maximizing good things To get the most overall value Maximize aim training, map awareness ecc minimize bad plays and bad positioning Every mistake you make has a solution (the one time where i actually watched a sponsor LOL) To never rage think differently about ur own meaning of winning (more healthy) and focus only of what you can control Thanks for this video i struggle a lot with mental, especially recently that i had to hit plat and was only 2 games away and i felt back on a losing streak and i felt so bad but honestly i realized that i am improving and i still have a lot of time to reach my end goal which is ascendant (idk maybe asc 3 i honestly didnt think about it) after i hit that goal I'll decide if i wanna maintain it or just go on Love your videos man, keep doing what you do. I came to similar conclusions at some point and decided to quit valorant. Focusing on my own improvement helped to a degree, but it is a goal that takes a lot of time and effort. If I can't have fun while playing (because of random team mates), it just isn't worth it for me.

Personal win conditions not correlating with the outcome of the game is huge. All of this is great, and they're all things you have to understand in your bones and not just your head, so hopefully people internalize and fully understand these things.

How to avoid raging in Valorant: 1. Mute everyone 2. Trust no one. You rage because you are expecting your teammate. 3. Focus on self improving, getting kills. 4. Care less about losing.

Just started playing Valorant (First ever fps game, played league beforehand), and I have been having an absolute BLAST playing Astra. The amount of utility in her kit is so nice and her smokes are really good for holding positions and just not letting the enemy team peak you. Her Astral form is also surprisingly easy to get used to and I love comboing her suck or concuss with my friend's brimstone ult.

Valorant isn't a one player game. It's all about being a team. I honestly think harbor are better than any other controller agents in valorant 🤷‍♂️

As a boomer Iron 3 shitter, switching to Astra has allowed me to not only to start stacking more kills but also communicate more actively. Astra's playstyle helped me be better by proxy.
